Pearl 21eleven has HPD courtesy officer on site. All garages are gated and remote accessible. All access doors and lobby elevators require access key for entrance.

To enter any entrance to either Pearl 21eleven building A or B you must have an access key. Access key is also needed for all elevators and stairwells at garage levels.

Pearl 21eleven used Parcel Pending for package delivery service. There is a one time $20 activation fee.

All applicants must have a combined verifiable source of income in an amount in accordance with current community guidelines but no less than three (3.0) times the rental rate.

Applying is easy! Simply visit www.pearl21eleven.com, select your preferred apartment home, and click "Apply Now." Complete the online application, pay the application fee, and submit the required documentation, including proof of income (such as recent pay stubs, last year's tax return, or bank statements, if requested).

Once all required information is completed and the $75 application fee is processed the application process should take 24-48 hours for a decision.

A $250 administration fee is required along with that current month prorated rent, resident fee and deposit, if required. Once the application is approved you will receive detailed instructions with the breakdown of amount owed and how to process payment.

On the 1st of the month, you will be billed the monthly rental rate, resident fee and monthly utilities.

Pearl 21 Eleven offers 3-15 month lease terms.

Pearl 21eleven is a smoke free property. Smoking is not permitted on property or within 25 feet of building entrance.

Pearl 21eleven offers 2 parking garages for each building. For an additional fee there are reserved VIP spaces.

Pearl 21eleven is currently offering $500 concession for preferred employers working within the Medical Center Hospitals.

Pearl 21eleven has 24-hour emergency maintenance for AC repairs and leaks.
